Develop a deeper connection and strengthen your intuition. Through gentle flow, guided meditation and self-awareness exercises, we will learn to identify some of the emotional blocks and patterns that hold us back from living fully. Treat yourself to a “Super Savasana”. This experience is one of deep relaxation. When we allow the body and mind to fully relax, we can experience true healing and vitality, and the release of muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Research shows that this type of practice is more restful than 4 hours of normal sleep. Conscious relaxation ultimately gives us the energy to do all the things that we want to do!
