This class is an exploration of connecting postures through attention to breath, alignment and mindfulness. 45-minutes of dynamic movement will prepare you for a 15-minute meditation practice. A perfect way to start your day energized and focused. All levels welcome. No previous meditation practice required.

The MELT® Method is a gentle and restorative technique that helps to relieve aches, pain and stiffness, and will bring your body back to balance. In each class you will use specialized MELT® balls and soft memory foam rollers to rehydrate the fascia, release tension, reduce compression in the joints and rebalance the neurological system. It feels amazing and will optimize flexibility and muscle activation to improve performance.

INTERMEDIATE• 60 MINUTES
An eastern approach to balance is Yin (passive) and Yang (active). Both are necessary for our overall well-being. After an active vinyasa practice, we will explore Yin which is a gentle, quiet, and meditative practice that helps to release muscular effort and lengthens fascia. This class is a wonderful way to maintain or improve the flexibility and is a perfect complement to any active exercise routine. Simple but not always easy. *Only offered at our Uptown Location

Come melt open in our most blissful class. This grounding and restorative practice involves passive poses in which props are used to place the body in comfortable, supported positions. You simply let go and let the props do the work. Emphasis is placed on stress reduction, breathing, and tension release from the body and mind. The first third of the class is spent practicing gentle poses and then the rest is pure bliss. This class is great for students of all levels and it's perfect for those with limited range of motion or other physical challenges.

Dive into mindfulness with both high-intensity exercise and soft and gentle movement. Through calisthenics, kickboxing and yoga, you will get in touch with the underlying thread of mindfulness. By exploring both extremes of activity and stillness, you will cultivate the tools to bring heightened awareness into every aspect of your life. 10-minutes of calisthenics and kickboxing technique, 35-minutes of kickboxing combinations hitting targets, 10-minutes of yoga, concluding with 5-minutes of meditation and/or a dharma talk about taking mindfulness out of the classroom and into your life. You will leave feeling like a peaceful warrior!
