
Unique Classes
Our classes are a mix of mindfulness, movement, and relaxation. Most of our classes are completely unique and are not being offered anywhere else in town. Here are some of our favorites!
RISE + PRIME
Picture this: it’s the morning and you have absolutely no desire to get to work. You feel lethargic, unmotivated, and stressed out. Well, we have the answer for you! This class blends the practices of mindfulness, breath-work, gratitude and intention-setting into 45-minutes that will set you up for your day.
RE*CONNECT
Develop a deeper connection and strengthen your intuition. Through gentle flow, guided meditation and self-awareness exercises, we will learn to identify some of the emotional blocks and patterns that hold us back from living fully. By cultivating our innate “knowing” we are able to deepen not only our connection to ourselves, but the community around us.
WEEK-END WINE DOWN
After a long week there is nothing better than to kick back and relax. In this delicious class you will release excess energy through gentle movement then melt away layers of stress and tension with deeply restorative postures. Clear the mind, lift the spirit and enjoy community. Stay after class for a complimentary glass of wine!

TEACHER SPOTLIGHT: MEET JULIE
Julie discovered the life changing practice of yoga over ten years ago and has been following the connection of breath to movement ever since.
She has found the practice to be instrumental in recovery from emotional trauma and physical injury as well as providing community, clarity and spiritual support.

Our Coaching Circles are a unique and effective was to share wisdom, inspiration, tools and practices for living mindfully, healthy, holistically, and balanced. We also have a coaching team that offers varied coaching specialties if you would prefer individual attention. Topics include Career Development, Health + Nutrition, Mindful Leadership, Personal Organization and Life Coaching.
